As an
Analyst, Business Control
, you will support Contract Owners throughout the
Third-Party Management Lifecycle
, including Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management processes. You'll provide end-to-end guidance on activities such as Procurement Intake, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), payment setup, and SLA management—while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Guide Contract Owners through onboarding, renewals, and reassessments.

Manage supplier onboarding activities (Procurement Intake, DDQ completion, payment setup).

Monitor workflows to ensure SLA adherence and timely progression.

Facilitate collaboration between Contract Owners and internal teams (Sourcing, TPRM, Legal).

Track and report onboarding SLAs; identify and escalate delays or bottlenecks.

Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.

Provide process training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

English level:
B2+ (Conversational)

College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.


1+ year
of experience in business administration, analysis, operations, or help desk.


1+ year
Third-Party Risk Management
and Procurement processes.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
