As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and supporting our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company's reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That's why we consider this role to be of great importance.
In this position, you will be travelling extensively in Colombia, and occasionally abroad.
As a Service Engineer you will:
Travel to customer sites to:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installationsAnalyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processesTrain customer operators and support production efficiencyMonitor service contracts and contribute to business developmentEnsure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standardsRepresent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service deliveryMaintain a clean, safe work environmentFollow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team We believe you have 3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation rolesEducation in industrial systems, automation, or process engineeringStrong mechanical & electrical knowledge. Automation & PLCs knowledge is desired.Ability to travel up to 90% of the timeIntermediate level of English (written and verbal)A proactive, customer-first mindset
