Job Description
R Senior Accounting Associate
Responsibilities
Prepara, audita y registra asientos contables.

Concilia las cuentas del balance general mensualmente.

Prepara y recibe notas de cargo electrónicas.

Brinda atención al cliente interno, incluyendo la investigación de saldos de cuentas y el análisis de variaciones.

Maneja grandes conjuntos de datos.

Realiza conciliaciones de cuentas.

Realiza proyectos especiales según sea necesario.

Qualifications
Atención al Detalle:
Capacidad para identificar errores mínimos en grandes volúmenes de datos que podrían afectar la integridad de los estados financieros.

Integridad y Ética Profesional:
Manejo honesto de información sensible y confidencial, manteniendo siempre el cumplimiento de las normas legales.

Pensamiento Analítico:
Habilidad para interpretar números y transformarlos en información útil para la gerencia, detectando tendencias o anomalías.

Gestión del Tiempo y Organización:
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, especialmente durante los periodos de cierre mensual donde los plazos son estrictos.

Resolución de Problemas:
Actitud proactiva para investigar discrepancias contables y encontrar soluciones técnicas de raíz.

Comunicación Clara:
Habilidad para explicar conceptos financieros complejos a departamentos no financieros o durante procesos de auditoría.

Adaptabilidad Tecnológica:
Disposición para aprender y optimizar el uso de sistemas ERP y herramientas avanzadas de Excel.

7:00am – 4:30pm (44 horas semanales)

Modalidad:
Hibrido. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos, según sea necesario. - MEDELLIN
