Job Description
Job Summary:
Handles concerns regarding cash on delivery payments and assists with some internal inquiries. Processes bank exceptions, investigates and processes outstanding issues at the bank.

Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks related to accounting management, including reports and package tracking numbers.

Ensure compliance with established administrative and accounting procedures.

Submit timely reports for local accounting or in case of urgent payments.

Execute closing tasks that determine US COD metrics.

Qualifications
Technicians, Technologists, or Professionals in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.

Experience of 6 months to 1 year as an Administrative Assistant, with knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.

Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English (oral and written), for internal communication and interactions with internal clients – (B1.B2).

Proficiency in office software (MS Office, especially Excel) and accounting systems.

Skills
Commitment and responsibility to work and organizational goals.

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions efficiently.

Proactive and results-oriented.

Other Details
Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. (45 weekly hours).

Grade: 007.

Modality: Hybrid.

Location: Medellín, Colombia.

Availability to work on holidays.
