Job Description
Job Summary:
Manages the application of payments in the local systems of the accounts receivable area for the Latam region, being responsible for the activities of searching and investigating unidentified payments, managing returns and respective reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform payment applications in the various accounting systems across Latin American countries.
- Ensure the correct application of payments by conducting the necessary investigations and verifications.
- Process cases related to applications, returns, research, and reports for the accounts receivable area in Latin America, meeting established deadlines.
- Conduct written or telephone investigations to ensure the correct application of payments within the company's established timeframes.
- Prepare Excel reports or perform data analysis on a weekly or monthly basis to maintain accurate control over pending items.
- Perform accounting and financial analysis of the assigned process.
- Manage returns requested by internal and external clients, ensuring the correct use and completion of the corresponding trays and tracking forms.
Qualifications
- Technicians, technologists, and students of administrative, accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking skills to propose accounting solutions and alternatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Table, data analysis, table creation, etc.).
- Experience: 6 months as an Administrative Assistant.
- Basic English (A2).

- Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:00am a 4:00pm // 7:00am a 5:00pm
- Grade: 007.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Availability to work on holidays.
