Esta es tu oportunidad de trabajar con soluciones de alto nivel apoyando a partners y empresas B2B.
Lo que harás:
Brindarás soporte técnico de nivel 2 y 3 a socios comerciales y empresas pequeñas o medianas (B2B).
Diagnosticarás y resolverás incidencias en productos y servicios: Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infrastructure y Business Applications
Colaborarás con equipos internos de reconocida empresa de tecnología para resolver casos complejos.
Participarás en procesos de Renewals (renovación de licencias o servicios).
Lo que buscamos:
Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
Inglés B2+ - C1 (indispensable).
Conocimiento en Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications.
Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en soporte técnico, front desk o customer care.
Condiciones laborales:
Modalidad: presencial sede Connecta AC 26 #92-32
Jornada: lunes a viernes con franja de 7:00 a 8:00 pm.
Salario competitivo
Contrato a término indefinido.
