Esta es tu oportunidad de trabajar con soluciones de alto nivel apoyando a partners y empresas B2B.

Lo que harás:

  1. Brindarás soporte técnico de nivel 2 y 3 a socios comerciales y empresas pequeñas o medianas (B2B).

  2. Diagnosticarás y resolverás incidencias en productos y servicios: Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infrastructure y Business Applications

  3. Colaborarás con equipos internos de reconocida empresa de tecnología para resolver casos complejos.

  4. Participarás en procesos de Renewals (renovación de licencias o servicios).

Lo que buscamos:

  1. Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.

  2. Inglés B2+ - C1 (indispensable).

  3. Conocimiento en Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications.

  4. Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en soporte técnico, front desk o customer care.

Condiciones laborales:

Modalidad: presencial sede Connecta AC 26 #92-32

Jornada: lunes a viernes con franja de 7:00 a 8:00 pm.

Salario competitivo

Contrato a término indefinido.
