About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in lead generation and online growth solutions for construction businesses, including concrete, asphalt, and similar trades.

The company helps contractors generate consistent inbound leads through Google optimization, websites, SEO, backlinks, and reputation management. Founded by a young entrepreneur and supported by a lean global team, the business is profitable and scaling rapidly.

The founder has identified operations as the primary bottleneck to scale and is seeking a high-level operator to help run and optimize the business. This is a long-term opportunity for a driven professional who wants to grow with the company and play a key role in its expansion.

About the Role

The Head of Operations will serve as the operational backbone of the business and act as an extension of the Founder.

This role requires strong critical thinking, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while improving systems and execution across teams. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate between departments (SEO, web development, link building, reviews, and client fulfillment), and ensure strategies are executed accurately and on time.

This is not a task-only role. It requires initiative, problem-solving, decision-making, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments

  • Ensure team members execute tasks on time and according to strategy

  • Act as the operational "glue" between departments

  • Track progress on all active client accounts and internal projects

Strategy Execution & Optimization

  • Review SEO and website strategies and refine as needed

  • Ensure alignment between research, execution, and client goals

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements

  • Research and test new operational strategies to improve delivery speed and results

Systems & Process Building

  • Build, document, and improve internal workflows and systems

  • Work with tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Ads Keyword Planner, and Zapier

  • Track KPIs, project progress, and client performance

  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to provide leadership visibility

Quality Control & Accountability

  • Maintain high quality standards across SEO, websites, backlinks, and reviews

  • Monitor client satisfaction and fulfillment quality

  • Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions before escalation

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or digital marketing operations

  • Working knowledge of SEO, websites, backlinks, and Google-based lead generation

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Comfortable working independently without micromanagement

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience working with marketing agencies or lead generation companies

  • Familiarity with construction or local service-based businesses

  • Experience managing remote or international teams

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
