Job Title: Corporate Security Officer (Tech) - C1 English Required

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Work Model: Full-Time, 100% On-site

The Mission: This is not a typical security post.

We are a leading global tech company seeking a highly professional, tech-savvy
Corporate Security Officer
to protect our state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and most importantly, our people.

You are the first line of defense and the face of our security operations. You will be responsible for more than just watching cameras; you will manage sophisticated access control systems, respond to critical incidents, and ensure our international security standards are maintained 2.0. This role demands high-level English skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

What You Will Do

  • Own Your Zone:
    Conduct active, visible patrols of our corporate offices to proactively identify and deter any risks.
  • Manage Access:
    Be the gatekeeper for all secure areas, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry.
  • Command the Tech:
    Master our advanced security center, including monitoring all CCTV, alarms, and access control platforms to detect and respond to irregularities.
  • Be the First Responder:
    Act as the primary response for all security incidents (intrusions, emergencies, health and safety) with absolute professionalism and according to protocol.
  • Write Flawless Reports:
    Document all activities, suspicious behaviors, and incidents with clear, detailed, and accurate reports

  • Conduct Preliminary Investigations:
    Gather evidence, interview relevant parties, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
  • Ensure System Readiness:
    Inspect all surveillance and alarm systems daily, reporting any technical faults immediately.
  • Uphold the Standard:
    Ensure 100% adherence to all internal security policies, data protection (confidentiality), and local regulations.

  • Language:
    C1 Advanced or Native English
    (written and spoken). All communications, reports, and system interactions are in English.
  • License & Training:
    A
    valid, current security guard license
    (curso de vigilante) and all required certifications from an accredited institution.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2 years
    of proven experience in a security, surveillance, or loss prevention role.
    Experience in a corporate or tech setting is highly preferred.
  • Schedule:
    Full willingness to work
    rotating shifts (day/night), weekends, and holidays
    to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Background:
    Must be able to pass extensive background and reference checks.
  • Tech Skills:
    Proficient in operating modern electronic security systems (CCTV, access control software, incident reporting tools).
