Job Description:
RJ Capital LLC is a fast-growing e-commerce company that is looking for a highly motivated SEO and Excel Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and setting up systems like newsletter flows, conducting keyword research and competitor analysis, performing SEO link building, and manipulating product excel data files. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing on-page SEO strategies using tools like Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, and SEMRush.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and set up systems like newsletter flows and bulk updates on excel
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value keywords for our products
Perform SEO link-building techniques to improve our website's ranking on search engines
Implement on-page SEO strategies using tools like Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, and SEMRush
Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics and tracking tools
Set up and manipulate product excel data files including Amazon Flat files, Walmart template files, and various other templates as needed
Collaborate with designers to create new materials for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel including vLookup and other formulas at a high level
Proficient in setting up and manipulating product excel data files including Amazon Flat files, Walmart template files, and various other templates as needed
Strong understanding of on-page SEO strategies and tools like Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, and SEMRush
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics and tracking tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
