Controllership team breaks the status quo by facing challenges from the perspective of technological innovation as a tool to automate and make our processes run more efficiently. Our goal is to build a

As a Controllership Cash Management Analyst, you're expected to: 

• Professional to operate the Cash Management activities, focus on the local operation of a "Compañía de Financiamiento" monitored by "Superintendecia financiera de Colombia"
• Compliance and settlement of market transactions through the Banco de la República's SEBRA (CUD and DCV) and other commercial bank portals. 
• Operate and control interbank transfers (ACH and CENIT), including reconciliations, refunds, reversals, and ACH communication. 
• Operate in different schedules the ACH process, being flexible with the schedule.
• Compliance with each financial operation, those instructions come from the treasury team.
• Banks funding to keep operating without risks / CUD + commercial banks + manage bank accounts.
• Create controls over bank activities
• Upload and analyze short-term cash flow, ensuring it is updated daily. 
• Manage SAP movements regarding bank movements. 

We are looking for a Controllership Cash Management Analyst who has:

•  Bachelor of industrial engineer, business administrator, economist, accounting related Degrees. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in back office or financial operations in Fintechs, banks or regulated entities.
• Manage financial operations as: interbank loans, overnight operations, simultaneous, management of securities, coupons and maturities, using financial applications and core banking. ● Experience automating manual processes using tools such as Artificial Intelligence, SQL, Python and other technologies. 
• Experience in foreign operations and Colombian exchange rate regime. 
• Experience in tools of the local market as: Sebra, DCV, Deceval , ACH y Cenit (nice to have). 
• Knowledge of treasury processes: bank transfers, reconciliations, rate validation, interest calculations, and balance monitoring. 
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Intermediate) to keep connected the teams of treasury, back office and others.
• Reporting review or preparation for the Financial Superintendency (nice to have)
• Proven experience in ERP SAP.

The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
