As a Controllership Cash Management Analyst, you're expected to: Operate the Cash Management activities, focusing on the local operation of a “Compañía de Financiamiento” monitored by “Superintendecia financiera de Colombia”. Ensure compliance and settlement of market transactions through the Banco de la República's SEBRA (CUD and DCV) and other commercial bank portals. Operate and control interbank transfers (ACH and CENIT), including reconciliations, refunds, reversals, and ACH communication. Manage the ACH process following different schedules, being flexible with timing. Maintain compliance with each financial operation, following instructions from the treasury team. Secure banks' funding to keep operations risk‑free; manage CUD, commercial banks, and related bank accounts. Create controls over bank activities. Upload and analyze short‑term cash flow, ensuring it is updated daily. Handle SAP movements related to bank transactions. We are looking for a Controllership Cash Management Analyst who has: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, accounting, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience working in back office or financial operations in fintechs, banks, or regulated entities. Experience managing financial operations such as interbank loans, overnight operations, simultaneous operations, securities, coupons, and maturities, using financial applications and core banking systems. Experience automating manual processes with AI, SQL, Python, and other technologies. Experience with foreign operations and the Colombian exchange rate regime. Familiarity with local market tools such as Sebra, DCV, Deceval, ACH, and Cenit (nice to have). Knowledge of treasury processes: bank transfers, reconciliations, rate validation, interest calculations, and balance monitoring. Fluency in Spanish and English (intermediate level), to facilitate communication with treasury, back office, and other teams. Reporting review or preparation for the Financial Superintendency (nice to have). Proven experience with ERP SAP. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
