  1. Implementas desarrollo basado en eventos, asegurando sistemas reactivos y eficientes.
  2. Ejecutas metodologías ágiles, promoviendo la colaboración y la entrega continua.

  4. Estableces patrones de diseño sólidos, como inyección de dependencias y generación de APIs.
  5. Adoptas tecnologías modernas como Go, , .NET Core, Python, TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue, entre otras.
  6. Lideras proyectos complejos con herramientas como Nest, Flask, Entity Framework, Kafka, Redis, Git, CI/CD, pruebas unitarias y CQRS.

  7. Fomentas un ambiente de trabajo positivo, motivando al equipo y guiándolo hacia resultados sobresalientes.

 ¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Cuentas con al menos 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, incluyendo mínimo 1 año liderando equipos.
  • Formación tecnológica en carreras relacionadas con administración, ingeniería, diseño o afines.

  • Te destacas por tu comunicación asertiva, liderazgo, dinamismo, orientación al logro e innovación.
