This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who loves system experimentation, testing ideas, improving workflows, and turning messy processes into clean, scalable machines.
Important: This is not a "post on Instagram and chill" type of job. If you're looking for a light, passive role where you do the bare minimum and coast, this won't be a fit — and that's totally okay.
What You'll Actually DoYou'll own the execution and optimization of lead generation for MaidThis Los Angeles, covering both customer acquisition and cleaner recruiting. This role is highly operational, data-driven, and systems-focused.
1. Lead Generation & Budget Control
Manage ad spend across Google, LSA, Meta, and other channels, adjusting budgets based on performance and operational capacity. Your goal is to keep CPA controlled while consistently feeding the business qualified leads.
2. Funnels, CRM & Automations
Build, optimize, and maintain funnels inside GoHighLevel, including automations, pipelines, triggers, forms, and follow-up sequences. Every funnel is tracked end-to-end, and leaks get fixed fast.
3. KPI Tracking & Reporting
Track weekly performance across leads, spend, CPA, and close rates while maintaining clean, reliable CRM data. Identify bottlenecks early and turn data into clear next steps.
4. Vendor Management
Manage SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads vendors, reviewing performance, copy, and ROI. Vendors are held accountable to outcomes, not activity.
5. Tech, AI & Systems Support
Build automations using tools like Zapier and constantly look for ways to reduce manual work and improve speed. Support systems such as GoHighLevel, BreezyHR, sales task flows, and light website updates.
6. Sales Team Support
Ensure leads are routed correctly and follow-up systems work as designed. Surface breakdowns before they become revenue problems.
7. Guerrilla Marketing Testing
Execute rapid tests of new marketing ideas from concept to launch to results, using real budgets and real data. Fast experimentation and continuous learning are part of the role.

- Reliable laptop and strong Wi-Fi (this is a remote role)
- Strong spoken English is required. Spanish bilingual is a nice-to-have, not required
- Prior experience in marketing roles, including work with CRMs, funnels, marketing campaigns, or similar systems
- Experience in the home services industry is a plus, but not required
- Must have a team-player mindset and collaborate well with others
- $1,750–$2,000 per month + bonus potential
