About JA Coffee

JA Coffee is a Canadian green coffee importing and distribution company specializing in specialty green coffee sourced from the Caribbean, Central & South America, and origins around the world. We work closely with coffee producers and serve roasters across North America.

We are looking for a
Marketing Coordinator
based in Colombia to support our marketing and e-commerce activities.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing execution, with a strong focus on Shopify and email marketing (Klaviyo). This role works closely with the marketing lead and supports multiple ongoing initiatives across digital marketing and e-commerce.

The role is conducted entirely in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Shopify product listings, collections, and content
  • Support email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Assist with website content updates and basic SEO best practices
  • Coordinate social media content creation, scheduling & Community Management
  • Create marketing assets using Canva
  • Maintain marketing calendars and organize campaign assets
  • Support additional marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken) – required
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (required)
  • Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerce roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the coffee industry is a big plus
