¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar experiencias de aprendizaje alineadas a los objetivos del negocio, combinando creatividad, pedagogía y tecnología.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Diseñar y actualizar materiales de formación presenciales y en línea.
  • Crear objetivos de aprendizaje y experiencias formativas efectivas.
  • Desarrollar guiones gráficos y contenidos instruccionales.
  • Diseñar piezas audiovisuales y gráficas estáticas.
  • Construir cursos interactivos usando Articulate Storyline y Articulate 360.
  • Producir, editar y maquetar presentaciones comerciales de alto impacto.

¿A quién estamos buscando?

Queremos a alguien creativo, estructurado y con mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo:

  • 2 años de experiencia en Learning & Design o 1 año como diseñador/a instruccional.
  • Profesional en Diseño o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en diseño de piezas gráficas estáticas.
  • Nivel alto de
    Inglés
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma
    presencial en Bogotá

Condiciones del rol

  • Horario:
    Administrativo (Lunes a Viernes)

    Término indefinido

    Presencial (Bogotá, Connecta)
