Para destacar en tu postulación debes:

  • Ser tecnólogo/a, estudiante de últimos semestres o profesional en psicología, ciencias humanas, administrativas, financieras o ingenierías o disciplinas relacionadas.

  • Contar con experiencia superior a 1 año en reclutamiento y selección de perfiles TI.

  • Dominar en un nivel (ALTO, INTERMEDIO) (ESPECIFICAR HERRAMIENTA).

  • Tener la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar su impacto.

Tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Ejecutar procesos de reclutamiento y selección de perfiles TI de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio.

  • Gestionar la atracción de talento a través de diferentes fuentes y herramientas de reclutamiento.

  • Acompañar los procesos de selección garantizando una experiencia positiva para candidatos y clientes
