- Ser estudiante en Psicología o carreras afines.
- Contar con experiencia superior a 4 años de experiencia certificables en reclutamiento y atracción de perfiles de TI (arquitectos de software, analistas QA, desarrollador fullstack, ingenieros de datos, etc), manejo de procesos a nivel Latam.
- Dominio avanzado en la realización de entrevistas por competencias, así como en la gestión integral del cierre de vacantes y procesos de contratación.
- Tener la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar su impacto.
- Ejecutar procesos completos de reclutamiento y atracción de talento para perfiles de TI (arquitectos de software, analistas QA, desarrolladores fullstack, ingenieros de datos, entre otros).
- Mantener comunicación constante con hiring managers para validar perfiles, avances y ajustes en los requerimientos.
- Asegurar una experiencia positiva para los candidatos durante todas las etapas del proceso.
- Trabajo híbrido en Bogotá/Colombia.
- Contrato a término indefinido.
