Are you confident on the phone, persuasive in chat, and comfortable guiding customers toward a decision?

We are a U.S.-based electronics repair company handling inbound leads via phone, chat, Facebook, and Google messages. We're looking for a sales-oriented CSR who can confidently guide customers, ask the right questions, and convert conversations into calls and store visits.

This is not a basic customer support role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling through conversation, not just answering questions. If you're proactive, confident, and motivated by results, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Guide customers toward phone calls or store visits
  • Explain service options clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with warm leads
  • Use scripts and suggest improvements
  • Track simple KPIs (response time, conversions)

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not admin work
  • Not script-only customer support
  • Not passive "answer and wait" support

We want someone who moves the conversation forward.

Who We're Looking For

  • Based in Colombia
  • Someone who is able to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Some experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead handling
  • Comfortable asking questions and handling objections
  • Professional, confident, and customer-friendly

Schedule

  • Full-time, REMOTE
  • U.S. Eastern Time (or strong overlap)

Compensation

  • $800–$1,200 per month, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses / commissions
  • Stable, long-term role with growth potential
