Inbound Business Development Representative
, where you'll manage and qualify inbound leads across email, phone, and social platforms. You'll guide prospects through discovery, convert qualified leads into opportunities, and support deal progression while maintaining accurate CRM records.

What You'll Be Doing
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via email, phone, and social media
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls using the MEDDIC framework
- Assess lead fit, urgency, and potential spend within the ICP
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Manage smaller deals from quoting through close
- Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Apollo
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to improve conversion rates
Success Metrics
- Number of inbound opportunities qualified per week
- Revenue generated from small accounts
What You Bring to the Table
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, inbound sales, or lead qualification
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High customer empathy with the ability to guide SMB prospects
- Experience managing high inbound lead volumes
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, and social media lead sources
- Printing, packaging, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Organized, self-motivated, and confident in discovery and light closing conversations
