Buscamos
un/a Senior Full Stack + Cloud Engineer
con experiencia sólida implementando soluciones en la nube (
AWS y/o GCP
). Tendrás ownership end-to-end: diseño técnico, desarrollo front/back, despliegue, monitoreo y mejora continua. Rol presencial en Medellín, enfocado en ejecución y resultados.

*Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar servicios y APIs backend escalables.
  • Desarrollar interfaces web (front) y asegurar una buena UX.
  • Implementar y operar soluciones en AWS/GCP: CI/CD, despliegues, observabilidad, seguridad.
  • Definir planes de trabajo, estimaciones y prioridades; seguimiento de entregables.
  • Mejorar performance, calidad, resiliencia y costos.
  • Colaborar con producto/operaciones y proponer mejoras técnicas.

*Requisitos (mínimos)

  • 5+ años* desarrollando software en entornos similares (producto, SaaS o sistemas críticos).
  • Experiencia práctica en *AWS y/o GCP* (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring).
  • Experiencia full-stack comprobable (frontend + backend).
  • Buen criterio de ingeniería: testing, code reviews, diseño de APIs, seguridad básica.
  • Autonomía, orden y enfoque en resultados.

*Deseables

  • (o similar).
  • / Python / Java (o equivalente).
  • Docker; Kubernetes y/o Terraform (deseable).
  • Event-driven (colas/pub-sub), microservicios o arquitecturas modulares.
  • Observabilidad (métricas, logs, trazas) y alta disponibilidad.
