Job Description
Este rol está dedicado a apoyar iniciativas estratégicas de seguridad en Colombia y Ecuador. Las responsabilidades clave incluyen

  • Apoyar el Programa de Concientización sobre la Integridad del Producto.
  • Apoyar proyectos de innovación como la implementación de blockchain para proteger la cadena de suministro legítima.
  • Coordinar capacitaciones sobre seguridad del paciente.
  • Construir alianzas con asociaciones profesionales.
  • Impulsar campañas internas de concientización sobre seguridad.
  • Elaboración de reportes y estadisticas del área de seguridad.

Este puesto desempeña un papel significativo en fomentar una sólida cultura corporativa de seguridad, mitigar riesgos que podrían afectar la seguridad del paciente, la integridad de los empleados y la reputación de la empresa. También mejora la eficiencia operativa, fortalece el compromiso con los grupos de interés y refuerza el papel del equipo de Seguridad como socio estratégico del negocio.

Justificación del puesto

  • Garantiza la continuidad de proyectos de seguridad de alto impacto alineados con el negocio.
  • Ayuda a proporcionar cobertura regional y agilidad para responder a amenazas emergentes.
  • Mejora la comunicación con los equipos corporativos de GSG mediante el dominio del idioma y capacidades de reporte.
  • Apoya y fortalece la colaboración entre los equipos comerciales, médicos y de soporte multifuncional.

Requisitos

  • Formación Académica Título universitario en comunicación Organizacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Psicología Organizacional o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia 1 a 2 años en Diseño e implementación de programas de sensibilización o capacitación, gestión de proyectos estrategicos relacionados con seguridad, compliance o cultura organizacional.
  • Experiencia 1 a 2 años en Coordinación de campañas internas y manejo de comunicación corporativa.
  • Deseable experiencia en industria regulada (farmacéutica, salud, manufactura).
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) para interacción con equipos globales y elaboración de reportes.

  • Gestión de stakeholders y trabajo colaborativo.
