Overview

Smarterhome.AI is seeking a results-driven Home Security Division Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations, performance, and strategic growth of our Home Security vertical. This role is responsible for ensuring all channels meet and exceed performance metrics while driving conversion, installation, and transfer rate optimization. The Home Security Division Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for provider relationships (e.g., Vivint and others), oversee program execution, and ensure continuous improvement and profitability across all sales channels.

This position requires a highly analytical and operational leader capable of managing KPIs, driving executional excellence, and implementing systems to track and grow the program effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Home Security Program Management

  • Manage daily execution of the Home Security program to ensure performance targets are met across all channels (Retail, Affiliate, Call Center, etc.).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for provider relationships, coordinating communication, compliance, and performance accountability.
  • Oversee the launch of new Home Security providers, features, and process improvements to ensure operational readiness and partner success.
  • Evaluate program success metrics and initiate performance improvement initiatives to enhance conversions, installations, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance data and identify root causes behind underperformance, implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure alignment across departments (Call Center, Retail, Marketing, and Operations) to maintain accuracy and accountability in daily execution.

2. Performance & KPI Ownership

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly Home Security targets including gross adds, conversions, install rates, and transfer rates.
  • Monitor delta against goals and develop systematic action plans to close performance gaps.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews with team leaders and provider partners to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Manage dashboards and reports tracking channel, agent, and provider performance.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to improving efficiency, reducing chargebacks, and optimizing sales funnel performance.

3. Program Growth & Optimization

  • Identify and implement scalable systems, tools, and processes to improve team performance and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to optimize lead flow, messaging, and partner engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that drive Home Security program expansion and provider diversification.
  • Continuously assess competitive landscape and recommend strategic improvements for sustained growth.

4. Leadership & Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Manage daily tasks, projects, and performance reviews across internal teams and international support teams.
  • Provide clear direction and structured communication to ensure consistent execution and performance accountability.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and performance transparency.

Work Requirements

  • Location: Onsite position based in Bogotá Distrito Capital, Colombia.
  • Travel: Some domestic and international travel required for provider visits, site launches, and operational reviews.
  • Schedule: Full-time, office-based role requiring daily in-person collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Commission Opportunity: Up to $50,000 annually based on performance and program results.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; and participation in company incentive programs.
  • Advancement Opportunity: Eligible for promotion to Director, Home Security & Smart Home Sales Operations upon achieving sustained growth and performance targets.
