Agentes de Customer Service + Ventas Cruzadas
para unirse al equipo de una empresa de telecomunicaciones.

Lo Que Ofrecemos

  • Función: Servicio al Cliente y Venta Cruzada (Ventas).
  • Salario Fijo: $2,850,000 COP (Pagos quincenales).
  • Comisiones: SIN TECHO Por ventas cruzadas. Tu esfuerzo se verá recompensado.
  • Contrato: Término Indefinido desde el primer día.
  • Horario Operación: Lunes a viernes (Sábados y Domingos OFF). 11:00 am a 9:00 pm.

Bonos De Permanencia Por Antigüedad
Reconocemos tu lealtad y compromiso con bonos adicionales al finalizar cada año de contrato:

  • Finalizando 1 año: $1,000,000 COP
  • Finalizando 2 años: $1,000,000 COP
  • Finalizando 3 años: $1,000,000 COP

Proceso De Formación (Pagado)
Tu preparación es clave. Contarás con un proceso de capacitación completo:

  • Entrenamiento (25 días): Lunes a Jueves de 8:00 AM a 5:30 PM, Viernes de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM (Sábados y Domingos OFF).
  • Nesting (10 días): Lunes a viernes de 11:00 am a 9:00 pm.

Ubicación

  • Formación y Operación: Calle 93 con Sujeto a posible cambio en los siguientes meses).
