Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Platform Configuration Specialist to join our technology and operations team. In this role, you will configure, optimize, and maintain platform settings based on client requirements and internal system needs.
You will collaborate with project managers, developers, analysts, and clients to translate business requirements into accurate system configurations. The ideal candidate thrives in technical environments, understands complex workflows, and ensures platform setups are reliable, efficient, and aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities- Configure platform settings and workflows based on client and project specifications.
- Review system requirements and ensure accurate implementation within platform capabilities.
- Perform testing and validation to confirm that configurations function as expected.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate solutions with technical teams.
- Create and maintain documentation covering configuration steps, system changes, and best practices.
- Work closely with analysts, QA teams, and developers to support integration and system updates.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to processes or configurations.
- Support onboarding activities by configuring user access, roles, and workflow rules.
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and system enhancement opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in platform configuration, business systems setup, or software administration.
- Strong understanding of software platforms, workflow logic, and configuration structures.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, automation tools, or similar enterprise systems.
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into actionable configuration tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with testing and QA practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in both English and Spanish, capable of professional communication in both languages.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
