We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mathematically skilled Lien Specialist to join our growing team.

**Job Overview**
As a Lien Specialist, you will play a critical role in our service delivery, working directly with personal injury law firms across the U.S. to manage and resolve medical and insurance liens. Your expertise in lien negotiation will help our clients maximize reimbursements and minimize liabilities, directly impacting their ability to secure favorable outcomes for their clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records specifically related to lien claims.
- Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
- Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters.
- Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens.
- Maintain thorough communication with all stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support case management and lien resolution.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
- Relevant professional experience in lien negotiation, preferably within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on personal injury cases.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Expert negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to legal and procedural details.
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
