Medellín or Cali
to join its
Technical Support Center
team: Customer Support and Service Implementation Area.We require a dynamic, versatile profile with self-management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to perform in a challenging environment and within a team structure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creative collaboration, being part of a support group that facilitates the delivery of telecommunications services.
- Processing and handling of network and/or customer incidents (tickets).
- Communication via telephone, email, or management systems.
- Management of ticketing and monitoring systems.
- Documentation and logging of tasks/history.
We are focusing on candidates with:
- Previous experience in similar positions in the telecommunications or carrier sector.
- Graduates and/or students in the final years of Engineering, Bachelor's, or Technical degrees in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
- Advanced English (Mandatory/Exclusive).
- Extensive technical knowledge of L2 and L3 networks. Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of protocols and troubleshooting for
MPLS/BGP/OSPF
. - Intermediate/Advanced troubleshooting knowledge on
Cisco, Juniper, Datacom, and Mikrotik
equipment.
