We're looking for a
Junior+ Application Support Technician
who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, improving system reliability, and collaborating across development and infrastructure teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide
    second-line support
    for enterprise applications, resolving incidents and service requests to maintain high availability and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance using
    SQL and KQL
    within the
    Azure
    ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using
    C#, .NET, and Python
    .
  • Execute
    application deployments, upgrades, and patching
    while ensuring seamless integrations and minimal downtime.
  • Use
    REST APIs and Postman
    to integrate applications and automate workflows.
  • Maintain and update detailed documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in
    on-call rotation
    and after-hours support to guarantee consistent system uptime.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in
    Application Support or IT Operations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    REST API architecture
    and experience using
    Postman
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and
    KQL
    for querying databases and analyzing telemetry data in
    Azure
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    C#, .NET, and Python
    for troubleshooting and internal application support.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
    and application monitoring tools.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and communication
    skills.
  • English Level:
    B2 (Intermediate+).
