About Us

Salmon Studios is a London-based digital marketing and creator management agency, working with leading music artists and brands across the world. Our divisions in Music, Brands, and Talent deliver global influencer campaigns and manage top creators across social media. We're expanding our Talent Division and looking for a Campaign Coordinator (Talent Division) to help manage and activate exciting opportunities for our exclusive creators.

Role Overview

As a Campaign Coordinator, you'll manage promotional campaigns for our exclusive creators — from first contact to content going live. You'll review and negotiate opportunities, coordinate with creators, and ensure smooth delivery.

You'll also help discover new creators, support roster growth, and collaborate with our Music and Brand divisions on partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate promotional campaigns, ensuring all opportunities are legitimate and aligned with each creator's brand & vision

  • Utilise our internal AirTable, Asana and other softwares to ensure up-to-date status information for ongoing deals

  • Negotiate with brands to ensure the price and deliverables align with the creators' established fair prices

  • Solve problems in a timely manner, ensuring a fair outcome for both the creator and client

  • Identify and outreach new creators that could benefit from our Exclusive talent services

  • Share regular updates and opportunities with the wider team

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English, including familiarity with informal and colloquial expressions

  • A proactive and independent person who enjoys learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong

attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and communication channels at once

  • Comfortable taking initiative and collaborating with the team to find solutions.

  • Excited to learn about TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture across Gen Z and Millennial audiences

  • Friendly and confident when communicating with clients and creators

  • No prior social media experience required — just a willingness to learn

  • Comfortable learning new software and digital tools as needed.
