Lead Frontend React and Angular Developer

We are seeking a Lead Developer to create and maintain a framework-agnostic web component library that delivers reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components compatible across multiple frameworks.

You will work remotely, aligned with US time zones, collaborating with designers and leveraging AI-assisted workflows to advance our component architecture. Join us to innovate and build impactful web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop base web components using Lit and create wrappers for React and Angular
• Design and maintain component architecture ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability
• Manage monorepo environments using Turborepo and optimize build processes with npm and Vite
• Collaborate with design teams utilizing Figma, FigJam, and Figma Code Connect to convert design tokens into code
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for automation of testing, builds, and deployments
• Leverage AI agents such as GPT, Claude, and CoPilot for code generation, documentation, and workflow enhancements
• Apply prompt engineering methods to optimize AI-assisted development practices
• Ensure high code quality through critical thinking, thorough code reviews, and adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) with 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Web Components including Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML Templates
• Expertise in JavaScript object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience developing with Lit and building framework wrappers for React and Angular
• Familiarity with monorepo tools like Turborepo and modern build systems such as Vite and npm
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Skilled in design collaboration tools including Figma, FigJam, and design-to-code workflows
• Experience working with AI tools and applying prompt engineering techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design systems and component-driven development
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Jest and Playwright
• Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Experience with CSS pre-processors or advanced CSS techniques
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Redux
