Chief Frontend React and Angular Developer

We are looking for a Chief Frontend React and Angular Developer to lead the creation and upkeep of a versatile web component library that supports multiple frameworks with reusable and scalable UI elements.

You will collaborate remotely across US time zones with designers, utilizing AI-driven workflows to enhance our component architecture. Join us to drive innovation and develop impactful web applications.

Responsibilities

• Create foundational web components using Lit and develop wrappers for React and Angular
• Architect and sustain component design ensuring uniformity, accessibility, and scalability
• Oversee monorepo management with Turborepo and streamline build processes using npm and Vite
• Work closely with design teams employing Figma, FigJam, and Figma Code Connect to translate design tokens into functional code
• Set up and maintain CI/CD workflows with Azure DevOps or similar platforms to automate testing, building, and deployment
• Utilize AI tools like GPT, Claude, and CoPilot for code creation, documentation, and workflow improvements
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance AI-assisted development
• Maintain superior code standards through critical analysis, comprehensive code reviews, and best practice compliance

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) with over 7 years of professional experience
• In-depth understanding of Web Components including Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML Templates
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proven experience developing with Lit and constructing framework wrappers for React and Angular
• Familiarity with monorepo tools such as Turborepo and modern build tools like Vite and npm
• Practical experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or comparable solutions
• Competence with design collaboration tools including Figma, FigJam, and design-to-code workflows
• Experience with AI technologies and prompt engineering techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• English proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development methodologies
• Experience with automated testing tools like Jest and Playwright
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG
• Skill in CSS pre-processors and advanced CSS methods
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Redux
