Key Responsibilities

Power BI Dashboard Development & Data Analysis (60%)

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that support day-to-day decision-making.

• Support automation and reporting processes using Power Automate when applicable.

SQL-Based Data Extraction & Transformation (20%)

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Support (20%)

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.

• Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.

• Solid knowledge of Power BI and SQL.

• Experience with Power Automate and ETL tools is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in BPO or startups is a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
