Full-Charge Accountant (Contador de Ciclo Completo) – Remote

Estamos en busca de un Full-Charge Accountant altamente calificado, con experiencia sólida en contabilidad de ciclo completo y familiaridad con prácticas contables de Estados Unidos. Si eres una persona analítica, autónoma y con excelente capacidad de comunicación, esta oportunidad es para ti.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestión completa del ciclo contable (full-charge bookkeeping)
  • Registro y análisis de asientos contables (general ledger entries y journal entries)
  • Conciliaciones bancarias y de tarjetas de crédito
  • Manejo integral de Accounts Payable (AP) y Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Preparación, revisión y análisis de estados financieros
  • Apoyo en procesos de cierre mensual y anual (month-end & year-end close)
  • Investigación de discrepancias y mantenimiento de documentación contable
  • Uso de herramientas contables en la nube como QuickBooks, NetSuite, , etc.
  • Comunicación directa con clientes y presentación de insights financieros

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable como Full-Charge Accountant o roles contables avanzados
  • Conocimiento sólido en prácticas contables de EE. UU.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas contables digitales
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y resolver problemas complejos
  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado (deseable para comunicación con clientes)
