About the Role

This is a high-impact operations role for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and people-oriented. You'll support our hiring managers, People team, and office operations by keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

You will own calendars, follow-ups, payroll support, office logistics, and employee care making sure nothing falls through the cracks in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in People Operations, HR, or Talent, starting from a strong operational foundation.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia (5 days a week in-office – WeWork Carrera 19)
Reports to: Senior Finance & Operations Manager
Level: Junior / Early Career

What You'll Do

People & Payroll Operations (Colombia)

  • Support Colombian payroll reconciliations (nómina, novedades, validations).
  • Track absences, PTO, medical leaves,benefits and payroll changes.
  • Help maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support compliance-related processes (SGSST, SENA, labor entities).
  • Be a first point of contact for basic employee questions and needs.

Recruiting & Hiring Support (Core Focus)

  • Manage interview scheduling and calendars for hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones and teams.
  • Track candidates and follow up to ensure processes move forward.
  • Send communications to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support offer letters and pre-onboarding logistics.

Office & Team Support

  • Make sure the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
  • Coordinate snacks, lunches, supplies, and office inventory.
  • Work with vendors and office services.
  • Help organize internal events, birthdays, and team moments.
  • You're the person who notices when something is off and fixes it before it becomes a problem.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of Colombian payroll and labor processes (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Clear communication in Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week.
  • High sense of responsibility and discretion.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting recruiting processes or calendars.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ATS, or payroll tools.
  • Exposure to Colombian compliance processes (SGSST, SENA).
  • Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
