Senior Financial Analyst

This position partners closely with senior leaders and operations teams to deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance management. The role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys translating numbers into actionable insights and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
What you'll do:
Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Analyze P&L performance, trends, and variances to support operational and strategic decisions.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement.
Support investment analysis, ROI modeling, and high-impact ad-hoc financial projects.
Contribute to executive and board-level presentations.
What we're looking for:
5–8 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
English proficiency is required.
Locations: Bogotá, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, or Cartagena.
