Are you a data-driven marketer with a gift for words? We're looking for a proactive and analytical Growth Marketing Specialist to own our B2B lead generation via Google Ads and fuel our content engine for the U.S. market.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of performance and creativity. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, translating campaign goals into high-performing ads, and using data to scale what works. What You'll Do:

  • Lead Paid Search Strategy: Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search-first) to drive high-quality B2B leads.
  • Optimize the Funnel: Improve lead quality by aligning search intent with high-converting landing pages, CTAs, and messaging.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Write and refresh blog posts, landing page copy, social media captions, and email marketing campaigns in English.
  • Manage Web & Email Assets: Publish content via WordPress and execute email sends within our marketing platforms (ESP).
  • Analyze & Report: Deliver weekly and monthly insights into campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to the Marketing Lead.
  • Leverage AI: Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while maintaining brand voice and quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B digital marketing with hands-on ownership of Google Ads and performance copywriting.
  • Language: Native-level or Fluent English (C1/C2) is a must; you will be writing daily for U.S. audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, and SEO basics (keyword strategy, metadata, and intent).
  • Mindset: A mix of analytical rigor (managing budgets/CPL) and creative execution (writing hooks and ad copy).
  • Tools: Familiarity with GTM, CRM lead qualification, and AI-assisted workflows is a major plus.
