El Puesto:
Liderarás implementaciones para clientes y coordinarás esfuerzos entre equipos de negocio, producto y áreas técnicas, tanto dentro como fuera de Jelou. Serás responsable de definir, comunicar y ejecutar proyectos con componentes técnicos complejos.

Buscamos a alguien organizado, orientado a resultados y capaz de comunicarse eficazmente con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. Tendrás la responsabilidad de guiar y priorizar tareas entre diversos equipos para asegurar un lanzamiento exitoso al mercado, mientras gestionas riesgos tanto operativos como tecnológicos.

Lo que harás:

  • Coordinar actividades entre múltiples equipos funcionales para diseñar, desarrollar y lanzar implementaciones para clientes, manteniendo un alto estándar de servicio.
  • Asesorar a clientes y equipos internos sobre planes, enfoques y recomendaciones clave durante los procesos de implementación.
  • Analizar el avance de los proyectos, definir hitos, administrar cronogramas y preparar reportes de seguimiento.
  • Orientar a equipos en prácticas óptimas y prioridades durante el desarrollo de implementaciones.
  • Identificar problemas en los proyectos, proponer soluciones y garantizar que se cumplan metas de eficiencia, calidad y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Revisar registros técnicos y apoyar en el diagnóstico de incidencias.
  • Colaborar con el equipo interno de proyectos para asegurar una ejecución alineada a los objetivos definidos.
  • Recopilar, organizar y priorizar requisitos técnicos y de negocio que permitan desarrollar soluciones adecuadas a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Gestionar la planificación, ejecución, mitigación de riesgos y escalamiento oportuno de problemas a los líderes correspondientes.
  • Contribuir en la creación y mejora de procesos que se alineen a los OKR del equipo y de la organización, apoyando la incorporación de nuevos proyectos y oportunidades.

Lo que necesitarás:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería en Ciencias de la Computación o Informática.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles de Project Management en empresas de servicios y/o B2B, en gestión de proyectos de TI.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia como Developer
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Scrum, Agile)
  • Mentalidad de crecimiento: habilidad para aprender rápidamente conceptos nuevos y aplicarlos de forma práctica.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, Trello o Asana.
  • Capacidad para estructurar planes de proyecto robustos, considerando aspectos técnicos, dependencias internas/externas, recursos y riesgos.
  • Habilidad para generar confianza, construir relaciones profesionales positivas y aportar a una cultura inclusiva.
  • Experiencia previa colaborando con fintechs o instituciones financieras, especialmente gestionando proveedores o proyectos relacionados con tarjetas de crédito o débito (deseable).
