About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Technical Project Manager
leading hardware deployment projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills in English, and proven success managing cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery of hardware deployment services, accurate cost and effort tracking, and risk-controlled project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end
    Hardware Deployment Services
    projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track and manage
    effort, cost, and actual vs planned performance
    , identifying deviations and driving corrective actions.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise
    status reports
    to internal stakeholders and clients.

Technical Expertise

  • Apply strong knowledge of
    hardware components, operating systems, hardware management tools, and switches
    to support informed project decisions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to validate requirements, deployment strategies, and implementation feasibility.

Risk, Estimation & Reporting

  • Create accurate
    effort and cost estimations
    based on project requirements and technical inputs.
  • Maintain a proactive
    risk and issues tracker
    , ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed.
  • Produce high-quality reporting across all project phases, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
    in technical or IT project management, preferably focused on hardware deployment initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Hardware systems and components
  • Operating systems
  • Hardware management tools
  • Network switches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated experience with project tracking, reporting, and financial oversight (effort, cost, and variance analysis).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in agile or hybrid project management environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master (optional).
