We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our small IT team supporting a U.S.-based manufacturing company. This remote role, based in Colombia, requires hands-on expertise in NetSuite Administration and a strong foundation in IT systems, integrations, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP, including workflows, customizations, and user support
- Develop and maintain app integrations and system automations
- Configure and support hardware/software infrastructure
- Build and manage reporting dashboards and analytics
- Lead AI system integrations to enhance business operations
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and support cross-functional departments
Required Qualifications:
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (required)
- 5+ years in IT/System Administration with ERP experience
