As a **Workday Systems Administrator,** you will play a pivotal role in managing user security, collaborating with teams for system optimization, providing end-user support, and ensuring data integrity within our Workday environment.

**What you will do**:

- Manage daily aspects of user security, including role-based and domain security, providing guidance and assistance on security setup and data privacy settings.
- Assess the needs of all areas; collaborate with functional teams and Information Systems (IS) to determine and execute appropriate strategies for effective utilization of the Workday system.
- Provide day-to-day and end-user Workday support, including but not limited to business process configuration, calculated fields, report writing, security administration, and upgrade testing.
- Evaluate reporting needs, provide recommendations, and assist in preparing custom reports, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Assist the Integration team with integrations for internal and third-party systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows for processes and approvals as needed.
- Document and provide training on workflows in areas of Workday, including navigation and areas of functionality as needed.
- Ensure data integrity through testing and performing periodic data audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the system capabilities through training, online community engagement, and product documentation.
- Provide insight and recommendations on future enhancements and modules the organization has yet to take advantage of.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience related to Workday Administration, Financials, HCM, Payroll, or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize importance.
