Project Manager Senior – Hiperautomatización

En GFT buscamos un Project Manager Senior para liderar proyectos estratégicos de hiperautomatización. Este rol se centra en la gestión de iniciativas que integran Appian, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) y tecnologías complementarias para optimizar procesos, reducir costos y acelerar la transformación digital del banco.

Responsabilidades

· Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos de hiperautomatización end-to-end, asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad.

· Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios (desarrolladores Appian, especialistas Power Platform, analistas de negocio, QA).

· Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y cambios; implementar planes de mitigación y contingencia.

· Definir roadmap de automatización y priorización de casos de uso junto con el cliente.

· Mantener relación ejecutiva con stakeholders senior, liderar comités y presentaciones.

· Asegurar adherencia a PMO, CMMI y estándares internos de calidad.

· Promover cultura de innovación, mentoring y adopción de prácticas ágiles.

Requisitos

· Experiencia: 6–10 años gestionando proyectos de TI, con mínimo 3 años en iniciativas de automatización o BPM.

· Experiencia demostrable en proyectos con Appian y Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

· Conocimiento en RPA, integración con APIs, orquestación de procesos y gobierno de datos.

· Dominio de metodologías PMI/PMBOK y ágiles (Scrum/SAFe).

· Manejo de herramientas: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI.

Educación y certificaciones

· Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, industrial o afines.

· Certificaciones deseables: PMP, Scrum Master, Appian Level 1/2, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
