Senior Accountant – Remote (LATAM) | U.S. Telecom Construction
HexTel is looking for a Senior Accountant to take full ownership of our financials. We're a fast-growing U.S. telecom construction company (AT&T FirstNet, T-Mobile, EV, infrastructure). We move fast, we build hundreds of projects, and we need someone who can keep our books sharp and accurate.
You must have:
• Strong English
• 3–7+ years accounting experience
• QuickBooks Online mastery (AP/AR, project-based accounting, reconciliations)
• Experience with W-9/1099, payroll reviews, vendor credits, job-costing
• Ability to clean up messy books, fix errors, and maintain accurate reporting
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
What you'll handle:
• Daily AP/AR
• Bank/credit-card reconciliations
• Job cost tracking
• Closing books monthly
• Vendor balance management
• Financial reporting for management
