As our **Production Coordinator**, you will be the central point of contact for scheduling, documentation, and communication between crews, suppliers, and clients. Your ability to stay organized, proactively solve problems, and maintain efficient project coordination will ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate project schedules and adjust for changes (e.g., weather, crew availability).
- Manage documentationtrack permits, invoices, and client records.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and proactively solve scheduling or logístical issues.
- Update CRM and project management tools to keep all stakeholders informed.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles (construction or logistics is a plus).
- Excellent organization skillsyou thrive in managing multiple moving parts.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with teams and clients.
- Tech-savvycomfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
