Role Description

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be based in Colombia and possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. This individual will play a key role in managing and interpreting data, developing dashboards, and generating insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain MIS (Management Information System) dashboards and reports.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from SQL databases and other data sources.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure the integrity of reporting systems.
  • Automate repetitive data tasks and enhance dashboard interactivity where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role.
  • Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Proven experience in developing MIS dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Excel.

Preferred (Optional) Skills

· Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.

· Familiarity with data science concepts such as statistical modeling or machine learning.

· Experience working with healthcare or pharmacy-related data is a plus but not required.

· 100% remote position with flexible working hours.

· Compensation based on experience: monthly 5.5 million COP to 7 million COP
