The Opportunity:
The mission of the
Data & Analytics Manager
is to
build and lead a data organization that transforms raw information into strategic insights and measurable business growth

define and execute the company's data strategy

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing data team, including data analysts and engineers.
• Define and execute Alpha Lion's data strategy, governance framework, and analytics roadmap.
• Design and oversee the data architecture and infrastructure needed to scale.
• Develop reporting systems and dashboards that drive visibility across all departments.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to uncover insights that fuel growth.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across platforms.
• Guide the selection and implementation of data tools, pipelines, and integrations.
• Foster a data-driven culture where insights power every key decision.

The expected
base salary range for this position is $80,000-$ 110,000 (USD)
.
