About the Company

The Solution Lead drives end-to-end design, configuration, and process mapping, leading SOP and integration workshops to align with client requirements and SNS standards. The Lead acts as Project Manager on small to medium Core implementations and as the lead functional consultant on large-scale programs, including the delivery of Advanced solutions (e.g., TMS, WCS). The Lead validates solution configurations, manages risks, and oversees UAT, training, and adoption. In addition, the Lead plays a leading role in consultancy engagements such as warehouse design, assessments, and automation, actively contributing to analysis, solution design, and client deliverables under the guidance of senior consultants or architects.

About the Role

The Solution Lead is responsible for driving the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Play the role of Project Manager on small and medium-sized Core product implementation projects, taking full ownership of delivery.
  • Act as the lead consultant on large-scale projects, managing consulting resources in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Lead implementations for Advanced solutions such as TMS, WCS, and other specialized modules.
  • Play a leading role in diverse consultancy engagements—including warehouse design, warehouse assessments, and warehouse automation—by actively contributing to analysis, solution design, and client deliverables under the guidance of senior consultants or solution architects.
  • Lead the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) design phase, ensuring processes are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Validate solution configurations and functional designs within the overall architecture to confirm accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Oversee UAT, workshops, and training execution to ensure successful knowledge transfer and solution adoption.
  • Guide customers in risk management and mitigation throughout the implementation plan, and perform ongoing risk analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with SNS standard procedures across all project team members and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply chain software implementation roles, with progressive responsibility across Specialist, Consultant, or Expert positions.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% annually.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Capability to work in warehouse environments, including climbing, crawling, and maneuvering in restrictive areas.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge is considered an asset.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in Databases and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of Software and Application concepts.
  • Deep knowledge of Core solutions and growing expertise in Advanced SNS Supply Chain Software Solutions.
