Job Title: Prisma Access Consultant (Spanish Speaking)

Location: Colombia (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Prisma Access Consultant who is fluent in Spanish and has strong expertise in remote access solutions, GlobalProtect, Prisma Access, and SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate will support design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting for global clients, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support Prisma Access deployments for enterprise environments.
  • Configure and manage GlobalProtect VPN and remote-access solutions.
  • Provide hands-on expertise with SD-WAN technologies and integrations.
  • Perform troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization of cloud-delivered security services.
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex network and security issues.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, documentation, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Support migration projects from on-prem security solutions to cloud-delivered architectures.
  • Ensure high availability, resilient connectivity, and secure remote access for end users.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working with Palo Alto Networks technologies, especially Prisma Access.
  • Strong proficiency with:
  • Prisma Access (Remote Network / Mobile Users)
  • GlobalProtect
  • Remote Access architectures
  • SD-WAN / SASE frameworks
  • Solid understanding of routing, network security, and cloud-delivered security models.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools, logging, and monitoring platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Spanish (English is a plus).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, PCNSA, PCSAE) are highly preferred.
