PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Efficiently and accurately manage the process of uploading payroll action notices, payroll controls, and updating assigned master data, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contributing to maintaining quality in various payroll subprocesses, guaranteeing that processed information is correct and timely, and supporting the fulfillment of the organization's operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned payroll processes, including payroll action notices, absences, and master data, ensuring that information is correctly processed for efficient and accurate payroll payment.
  • Prepare reliable and timely reports for internal and external clients, with the aim of providing relevant information that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage requirements and inquiries from the Contact Center, ensuring an adequate and timely response, seeking effective solutions to problems raised by clients.
  • Operate the SAP time module to ensure the closing of data related to overtime, absences, and hours worked, which are essential for correct payroll liquidation.
  • Perform all other functions related to the nature of the position assigned by the direct supervisor, in accordance with the operational and strategic needs of the area.

Requirements:

  • Technical or technological degree, or a university student with the first semester completed in administrative or related careers.
  • Minimum six (6) months in similar positions, including internships.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Intermediate level. Knowledge of SAP (Desirable).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $1,565,000 COP.

AUXILIAR DE NÓMINA

Gestionar de manera eficiente y precisa el proceso de carga de novedades, controles de nómina y actualización de datos maestros asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) establecidos, contribuyendo al mantenimiento de la calidad en los diferentes subprocesos de nómina, garantizando que la información procesada sea correcta y oportuna, y apoyando el cumplimiento de los requisitos operativos y normativos de la organización.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestionar los procesos de nómina asignados, incluyendo la carga de novedades, ausencias y datos maestros, asegurando que la información esté correctamente procesada para el pago de nómina de manera eficiente y precisa.
  • Brindar soporte en el proceso de pago a terceros de los países asignados, colaborando en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales de cada país de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes.
  • Elaborar reportes confiables y oportunos para clientes internos y externos, con el objetivo de proporcionar información relevante que apoye la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas.
  • Gestionar requerimientos y consultas provenientes del Contact Center, asegurando una respuesta adecuada y oportuna, buscando soluciones eficaces a los problemas planteados por los clientes.
  • Operar el módulo de tiempos de SAP para garantizar el cierre de datos relacionados con horas extras, ausencias y horas trabajadas, que son esenciales para la correcta liquidación de la nómina.
  • Realizar todas las demás funciones relacionadas con la naturaleza del cargo que sean asignadas por el superior directo, de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas y estratégicas del área.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de primer semestre en carreras administrativas o afines.
  • Mínimo seis (6) meses en cargos similares al requerido, incluyendo la práctica profesional.
  • Manejo de herramientas Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Nivel intermedio. Conocimiento de SAP (Deseable).
