We're Hiring: Bilingual Bookkeeper
(Personal Injury Law Firm)
Location: Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Cali, Bucaramanga
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

What You'll Do
Reconcile IOLTA (trust) and operating accounts with full compliance
Track income/expenses for personal injury cases (mostly car accidents )
Maintain accurate records of client funds, disbursements & settlements
Generate financial reports for internal use & tax prep
Collaborate with attorneys to allocate funds properly
Monitor case-related costs, reimbursements & settlements
Ensure all practices align with state bar regulations
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm
Advanced conversational English (C1 level) – bilingual talent only
QuickBooks Online proficiency is a must
Strong understanding of trust accounting & IOLTA compliance
Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
Clear written and verbal communication
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with legal billing or case management software
Background in audit/tax prep documentation
Knowledge of settlement disbursement & lien tracking
