Location: Colombia, Medellín on site
Shift: Monday to Friday | Business Hours EST
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
English Requirement: Advanced (9–10)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Trainer Lead to help build and shape the Training & Development department. This role will not start with direct team leadership but will play a key part in designing processes, creating training materials, and preparing the foundation for future positions within the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training materials, agendas, and processes.
- Support the development of a structured Training & Development function.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Provide coaching and guidance to new hires and collaborators.
- Manage multiple training initiatives independently.
- Collaborate with leadership to align training goals with business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training or team support roles (preferably in healthcare or scheduling).
- Proven experience creating and implementing training materials and processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage training projects independently.
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and LMS platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for team development.
