About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated bilingual Project Manager to lead a critical, multi-faceted project focused on resolving stock-outs, migrating our data and analytics platform, and implementing a new AI-driven data foundation. This role is modeled after a Platform Program Manager (PPM) and is central to ensuring the successful execution and delivery of this high-impact initiative. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, an excellent communicator, and have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects preferable in the retail or supply chain sector.

Responsibility
Project & Program Management
Plan, initiate, and oversee the project, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. Establish a unified program management structure with clear workstreams for each project component.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors, coordinating efforts in both English and Spanish-speaking regions. Ensure transparency and visibility into project plans and progress for all stakeholders.
Bilingual Communication
Act as a liaison between Spanish-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams, translating and facilitating communication where necessary.
Risk Management & Mitigation
Proactively identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and adherence to project goals.
Reporting & Documentation
Generate regular progress reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is maintained in both English and Spanish.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
QualificationsFluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience in the retail, consumer goods, or supply chain industries is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and cloud migration projects (e.g., Looker, Databricks, Google Cloud) is a significant plus.
Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
